Summary
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the hotel’s dining outlets. This hands-on position supports the Food and Beverage Management team by overseeing daily service, leading front-of-house staff, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in restaurants, bars, room service, or banquet areas.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with brand, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback for hourly staff.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Support special events, group functions, and VIP service as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversee, guide, and train all food and beverage employees within the department and report any achievements and/or deficiencies to the Food and Beverage Manager or Director. No discipline or management responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; or two years related experience and/or training in a hotel or food service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification is required. Current TABC (TX) or RVSP (LA) is required.
