PM Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PM Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the evening operations of the front desk, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and leading a team of front desk agents. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Front Desk Operations:
- Monitor and manage all front desk activities during PM shifts, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and processing payment transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and mentor front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

3. Guest Relations:
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, encouraging staff to provide personalized service.

4. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and any relevant reports.
- Prepare nightly reports including occupancy rates, revenue insights, and other key performance indicators.

5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to guarantee guest satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in regular departmental meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and guest feedback.

6. Problem-Solving:
- Handle emergency situations and unexpected challenges professionally and calmly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations.
- Strong understanding of hotel management software and front desk operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
